Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using ResuFusion, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Your account

• Provide accurate information when signing up.
• One account per person.
• Do not share your credentials with anyone.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Fabricate resume content — we will not help you misrepresent your experience.
• Scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Abuse rate limits or attempt to evade plan quotas.
• Upload copyrighted job descriptions or materials that you do not have the rights to use.
• Submit malicious files or payloads.

You may:

• Use the tool honestly to present your actual experience in the best possible way.

5. Plans and payments

• We offer a free tier and paid plans — Starter, Pro, and Unlimited for candidates; Team, Business, Growth, and Enterprise for hiring managers.
• Prices are displayed in INR for India and USD for global customers.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay or Dodo Payments.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings.
• No refunds are issued for already-consumed credits.

6. Trial

• Every signup gets a 7-day Pro trial. No credit card required.
• One trial per account/email for the lifetime of ResuFusion.

7. AI output disclaimer

• AI-generated content — match scores, resume edits, salary benchmarks — is a suggestion, not a guarantee.
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI output before relying on it (e.g., when applying for jobs).
• Match scores and salary benchmarks are estimates.

8. Intellectual property

• Your content stays yours.
• Our service — including code, prompts, UI, and brand — is owned by SWAA.
• You grant us a limited license to process your content for the sole purpose of delivering the service to you.

9. Termination

• We may suspend or close your account for violations of these terms.
• You may close your account at any time from Settings.

10. Disclaimers

• The service is provided on an "as is" basis.
• We do not guarantee interview calls, job offers, or any outcome resulting from using ResuFusion.

11. Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is capped at the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved by arbitration seated in Bangalore.

13. Changes

We will provide at least 30 days notice for any material changes to these terms.
